SANDEL CUSTOM-BUILT WOOD FENCES

We use pressure-treated pine pickets, cedar pickets, or Alta premium fur pickets. Each post is concreted 24–30" in the ground. All gate hardware is heavy duty, for lifetime use, and is powder-coated.

Pressure-treated wood may crack, split, or bow during the aging process. Sandel Fence Builder is not responsible for bows, cracks, warping, splits, or cupping during this natural aging. Sometimes, the wood may bow on gates causing issues. We do not replace or repair under warranty but please call us. If this may be a problem, we recommend installing a vinyl or aluminum fence with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty. To prevent bowing and warping, we recommend an oil sealer for fences and decks. We will gladly give ideas and product recommendations.
